What is your delivery policy?

Free delivery by My Hermes courier (3-5 working days)
For Next Day and Saturday delivery by Royal Mail

What are your delivery times?

Goods are dispatched the same day for orders placed before 2pm and next working day for all orders after 2pm. Please allow 3-5 working days for free deliveries.

What is your returns policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days and are free of charge. Please click here for more details.

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

What if my order is late?

How do I pay for my order?

Choose PayPal as your payment method and click check out with PayPal

Will you let me know when my order has been confirmed?

We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your order. Once your order is on its way to you, we will send confirmation of dispatch.

I live outside the European Union. Do I have to pay taxes or import duties?

You may have to pay charges applicable in your own country. Check with your Customs authority or further details.

Can I add items after I have placed my order?

Once you have completed an order, you cannot change it. You will need to place a separate order and contact us at customerservice@kozangian.com so that your items can be shipped together.

I have seen an item on the Coming Soon page. When will it become available?

Is VAT included in the price?

All prices are inclusive of VAT.
